A complete guide to the Village, mountain and ski routine: profile, rooms, dining, families, pistes and access.
Colorado curation
In La Salle-les-Alpes, Club Med Serre Chevalier combines ski-in/ski-out access, a renovated chalet atmosphere and 250 km of pistes in the sunny Briançon valley.
Village profile
Renovated Club Med Serre Chevalier captures the atmosphere of a grand Alpine chalet, with timber façades and interiors inspired by the valley's identity. Its La Salle-les-Alpes location connects guests directly to one of France's largest ski areas.
It is especially compelling for families and skiers who value woodland pistes, sunny days and an authentic mountain, complemented by temperature-controlled pools, a spa and access to historic Briançon.

The hotel
Rooms use colours, graphics and references to the sundials of Queyras. In family accommodation, separate areas for adults and children help organise the routine after a day on the mountain.

The mountain

The pistes
Official Serre Chevalier Vallée distribution for 2026/27.
Learning zones across the valley and green pistes support calm progression. Direct access and group lessons simplify the family routine.
This is the profile that gets the most from Serre Chevalier: long blue and red pistes link the sectors, alternating panoramic terrain with sheltered larch-forest skiing.
Black pistes, major vertical and natural terrain create varied days, while off-piste potential requires a guide and careful assessment of conditions.
Broad pistes and natural terrain are especially enjoyable through the trees. Some links across the extensive valley deserve planning to avoid flatter sections.

Dining, family and wellness
Le Vauban brings together Alpine specialities and international cuisine, while La Meije Gourmet Lounge serves fondue, stone-grilled dishes and regional products in a more intimate setting. Temperature-controlled pools and a spa complete the post-ski experience.
