Argentina · Ushuaia

Skiing at the end of the world.

Cerro Castor combines forest runs with the singular experience of travelling to Tierra del Fuego.

Colorado curation

Choose your Ushuaia base and balance skiing with dining, sailing and far-southern scenery.

Ushuaia · Tierra del Fuego

Snow at the far south, with Ushuaia beyond the slopes.

Cerro Castor pairs ski days with the experience of being in Ushuaia. The mountain's aspect supports snow preservation, while its frosted forests give it a distinctive character. Town, Fuegian dining and Beagle Channel excursions make the trip work even for travellers who do not ski every day.

The mountain

Forest runs and southern snow.

Terrain ranges from learning areas to advanced descents. Forest runs change the feel of skiing here; check operations each morning before leaving town.

Its southern latitude and mountain aspect shape a season unlike other Argentine resorts; actual duration still depends on snow and resort operations.
