Club Med Snow · France · Les 3 Vallées
A complete guide to the Village, mountain and ski routine: profile, rooms, dining, teenagers, pistes and access.
Colorado curation
At 2,300 metres, Val Thorens Sensations combines ski-in/ski-out access, contemporary architecture and a direct link to the 600 km of Les 3 Vallées.
Village profile
Club Med Val Thorens Sensations is designed for travellers who put the mountain at the centre of the journey. At 2,300 metres, it combines ski-in/ski-out access, contemporary architecture and a direct link to the world's largest interconnected ski area.
The atmosphere is lively and adult-oriented, particularly well suited to couples, groups of friends and families with teenagers seeking long ski days and relaxed evenings inside the Village.

The hotel
The Village moves away from the traditional Alpine chalet: modern forms, large windows and a palette of pink, beige and wood create bright interiors facing the mountains.
The Club Med experience
Accommodation, dining and drinks according to the Village programme; lift pass from age 11; group ski lessons from age four and snowboard for teenagers; fitness and entertainment.
Flights, transfers, insurance, equipment rental, spa, private lessons, snowmobile, snow mountain biking and experiences outside the included programme.
Flights, a European connection, transfers, room category, equipment, insurance, mountain restaurants and extensions before or after the snow week.
The mountain
Val Thorens–Orelle offers 150 local kilometres and direct access to the full area. Cime Caron, Peclet, Plein Sud, Boismint and Orelle create very different days; Méribel and Courchevel extend the experience into major circuits.

The pistes
Distribution published by Club Med for Les 3 Vallées.
Learning areas sit close to the Village and group ski lessons are available. The altitude calls for a measured start, while the ski-in/ski-out routine makes the first days much easier.
This is the profile that gets the most from Les 3 Vallées: long pistes, varied sectors and routes towards Méribel, Les Menuires and Courchevel without repeating the same itinerary.
Cime Caron, Orelle, Boismint and the area's long circuits provide extensive days, altitude and sporting terrain for those seeking intensity.
The scale, open terrain and snowpark work very well. Connections and return times deserve planning on days exploring the more distant valleys.

Dining, teenagers and après-ski
The main restaurant offers live cooking stations and international flavours; Epicurious Gourmet Lounge adds a more intimate interpretation of Savoyard cuisine. Fireplaces, the terrace, music and lively evenings define the post-ski experience.
Practical questions
The Village is ski-in/ski-out and integrated into the resort, allowing guests to leave for and return from the pistes on skis when conditions permit.
Its strongest fit is families with teenagers, couples and groups. The Village offers Teens & Chill for ages 11 to 17, but not the young-child club structure found at other Club Med snow resorts.
No. Val Thorens–Orelle is already a very complete mountain. The Les 3 Vallées pass expands the possibilities for travellers who want long circuits between valleys.
Ski and snowboard rental is booked separately and can be arranged at the Village before the first mountain day.
